Bernard Mendelsohn, Esq.

Graduating from Dickinson College in 1955 with his Bachelor of Arts. Bernard then attended Dickinson School of law of Penn State University to graduate in 1957 with his J.D. Serving as Assistant to the Attorney General of Pennsylvania from 1958-1963. Entering into private practice in 1963 and formed Mendelsohn and Mendelsohn, P.C. in 1986. His concentration in practice on Family Law includes divorce, property distribution, alimony, and adoptions. He has been a lecturer on Real Estate Law, Business Law and Family Law for Penn State Berks Campus and Albright College.

Toby K. Mendelsohn, Esq.

Toby graduated from Hunter College in 1961 followed by Brooklyn Law School in 1964. She was admitted to the bar in the State of New York in 1964. Following her move to Pennsylvania, she joined the bar in the State of Pennsylvania in 1970. She has been in private practice since 1964 concentrating in Family Law and Bankruptcy Law. With her husband she formed Mendelsohn and Mendelsohn, P.C. in 1986. In her free time she is a lecturer in Real Estate Law and active in community service.

Brenna H. Mendelsohn, Esq. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University in 2000 with degree in Psychology. Following this received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2003, she was admitted to the New York State bar in 2004. Brenna was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2005 and has focused her time in the field of Consumer Bankruptcy Law. She is also a member of:
• Berks County Bar Association |
• The Pennsylvania Bar Association |
• The Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference

Currently her works also include Co-Chairperson of the Berks County Bankruptcy Section. WEEU and The Reading Eagle Newspaper have interviewed her about bankruptcy law. When not at work she enjoys playing tennis competitively and running with her dog.
